18.99

論「具名何謂至總立以施名」，正出施體。謂正施時身、語二業及無貪俱，能起此聚，總名為施。引頌可知。就頌中言「剎那」者，是同剎那也。謂無貪俱能起此聚同一剎那善蘊，總名為施，非唯身、語。

The treatise says: "From 'What does "equipment" mean?...' up to '...is designated overall by the name of giving'" directly presents the essence of giving. That is, at the time of giving, the two karmas of body and speech, together with non-attachment, which can give rise to this aggregation, are designated overall as giving. Citing the verse makes this clear. As for the word "moment" (kṣaṇa) in the verse, it means the same moment. That is, the wholesome skandhas of the same moment that, together with non-attachment, can give rise to this aggregation are designated overall as giving, not merely body and speech.
