論「迷苦諦故」，有部答也。解云：此所迷境雖通苦、集，苦果是麁、集因是細，迷其麁果執為因道，故見苦斷。

[As for] the Śāstra's [statement]: "Because of delusion regarding the truth of suffering": this is the Vaibhāṣikas' answer. The explanation says: Although the domain about which one is deluded encompasses both suffering and arising, the effect of suffering is gross while the cause of arising is subtle; deluded regarding its gross effect, one clings to it as cause and path, and hence it is abandoned by seeing suffering.
