19.134

論「如是八種至不違彼經」者，第三通經十二倒唯見斷經也。謂此八倒雖通修斷，於修道中要由見諦方能斷故，名見聖諦斷。

On the Śāstra's words, "These eight kinds ... do not contradict that sūtra": Third, this reconciles with the sūtra stating that the twelve inversions are abandoned only through seeing [the truths]. It means: Although these eight inversions are common to abandonment through cultivation, during the path of cultivation they can only be abandoned by seeing the truths; hence they are called 'abandoned by seeing the noble truths'.
