19.19

論「此略應知至無明見疑」，此釋頌下三句也。此根本煩惱，略即分六，行、部、界分即九十八。今且舉六，故言「此略，應知差別有六乃至見疑」。

Regarding the treatise from "This should briefly be known... up to... ignorance, views, and doubt", this explains the lower three lines of the verse. When summarized, these fundamental defilements are divided into six; when divided by mode of activity, category, and realm, they are ninety-eight. Here they are provisionally presented as six; hence it says: "This should briefly be known: the distinctions are six... up to... views and doubt."
