論「於上所說」，已下大文第三明傍論也。於中有三：一明不善根、二明無記根、三明四記論。此文初也。

The Śāstra states: "Among those mentioned above..." From here down is the third major section, explaining secondary discussions. Herein there are three: first, explaining the unwholesome roots; second, explaining the indeterminate roots; third, explaining the four classes of catechism. This text is the first.
