「於上所說至貪瞋不善癡」者，此下第五明根、非根。就中，一明不善根，二明無記根。此即第一明不善根。

As for "Among those explained above ... craving, hostility, and unwholesome delusion": Below this, the fifth section explains what are roots and non-roots. Therein, first it explains the unwholesome roots, and second it explains the indeterminate roots. This is the first, explaining the unwholesome roots.
