19.30

論「若是欲貪至三根相應」，此與經部出過失。若謂欲貪之隨眠者，即同大眾部等是心不相應。若爾，即違本論所說欲貪隨眠與喜、樂、捨三根相應。

Regarding the treatise from "If it is the anuśaya of sensual desire... up to... associated with the three faculties", this points out a flaw against the Sautrāntikas. If it were considered the anuśaya of sensual desire, it would be identical to the Mahāsāṃghika and others in being disassociated from thought. If so, it would contradict what the root treatise says: that the anuśaya of sensual desire is associated with the three faculties of pleasure, joy, and equanimity.
