論「至意位時至皆通三世」，答也。答中有二：初順答、後反釋。此即初也。

The treatise says: "When they reach the position of the mind (manas)... up to: all extend to the three times." This is the answer. Within the answer there are two parts: first, a direct answer; second, a reverse explanation. This is the first.
