論「尊者世友至住至後念」，第三尊者釋。若謂此極微非無間生，於現在世移處相擊，此即住一剎那應至後念。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Venerable Vasumitra [...] enduring to a subsequent moment": this is the third Venerable's explanation. If one claimed that these atoms do not arise without interval, but moved from their place to strike one another in the present moment, this would mean that what endures for one moment should reach into a subsequent moment.
