論「十八界中至法餘餘界」，明常、無常門。「法餘」者，法界中除三無為，餘法界也。「餘界」者，除法界外，餘十七界。

On the Śāstra's: "Among the eighteen elements ... the remainder of phenomena and the remaining elements": Explaining the topic of permanent and impermanent. "The remainder of phenomena" refers to the remaining dharmadhātu, excluding the three unconditioned dharmas from the dharmadhātu. "The remaining elements" refers to the other seventeen elements, excluding the dharmadhātu.
