論「若爾至乃至廣說」，第三外引經難也。「經言眼肉團中若內堅性堅類」等，故知眼等是四大也。

On the text of the treatise: "If so… and so on at length": This is the third [part], where an opponent cites a sūtra to object. "The sūtra says: 'In the fleshy mass of the eye, whatever internal solid nature, class of solidity,' etc."; therefore we know that the eye and so forth are the four great elements.
