20.10
論「毘婆沙師至諸相合故」，述有部宗。去、來定有而非是常，立宗由與有為諸相合故，立因。
On the Śāstra's statement: "The Vaibhāṣikas […] because they are conjoined with conditioned characteristics": this presents the Sarvāstivāda tenet.
