20.126

論「有異門故至多剎那故」，此明未來多念總名為世，生唯是一，故言世中有生。廣如《婆沙》七十六釋。

The Śāstra says: "Because of different approaches […] because of multiple moments." This clarifies that the multiple moments of the future are collectively designated as a time period, whereas arising is only one; therefore, it is said that within a time period there is arising. This is explained extensively in fascicle 76 of the Vibhāṣā.
