論「若無染者至名有隨眠故」，釋無染也。不染有漏心據隨眠隨增故名有隨眠，由斯未斷名有隨眠，斷已不名有隨眠也。

Regarding the treatise's statement from "If they are undefiled" to "they are called possessed of anuśayas": This explains undefiled minds. Undefiled contaminated minds are called possessed of anuśayas on the basis of anuśayas adhering and increasing [in them]; therefore, when these are not yet abandoned, they are called possessed of anuśayas, and once abandoned, they are not called possessed of anuśayas.
