論「於中有染至恒相應故」，釋有染也。以與隨眠相應故名有隨眠，斷與不斷恒相應故。斷與不斷名有隨眠心也。

Regarding the treatise's statement from "Among these, defiled ones" to "because they are always associated": This explains defiled minds. Because they are associated with anuśayas, they are called possessed of anuśayas; whether abandoned or not abandoned, they are always associated with them. Thus, whether abandoned or not abandoned, they are called minds possessed of anuśayas.
