21.106

論「三處遠性至亦名為遠」，釋第三處遠也。如東、西海，同在一世界中，同是水故相又非遠，同現在故時又非遠，東、西處隔故名為遠。

In the treatise, "Third, distance of place […] is also called distant" explains the third distance, distance of place (deśadūratā). For example, the eastern and western oceans: being in the same single world, and both being water so that their characteristics are not distant either, and both being present so that their time is not distant either, because they are separated by eastern and western locations, they are called distant.
