The Śāstra says: "The two are exclusively unwholesome, up to 'therefore only two are established'"—this is the answer. Among the ten entanglements, the four entanglements of avarice, jealousy, anger, and concealment arise through their own power and are exclusively unwholesome. Avarice and jealousy enter the fetters, while anger and concealment are not fetters. If eight entanglements are established, excluding anger and concealment, only the two entanglements of avarice and jealousy arise through their own power and are exclusively unwholesome; the remaining entanglements all lack these two meanings. Shamelessness and unconscionableness are exclusively unwholesome, but do not arise through their own power. Regret applies to both wholesome and unwholesome, and arises solely through its own power. The remaining lack both: sleep, restlessness, and torpor.
