22.144

「論曰至起修所成慧」，述次第也。先須發心將趣見諦，第二安住清淨尸羅，第三求順見諦聞，第四思惟，第五習定。即是先住於戒，後修三慧。

The commentary says: '[...] gives rise to the wisdom arisen from cultivation': Describing the sequence. First, one must generate the aspiration intending to proceed toward seeing the truths; second, abide peacefully in pure moral discipline; third, seek learning that accords with seeing the truths; fourth, reflect; fifth, practice meditative absorption. That is: first abiding in moral discipline, and then cultivating the three types of wisdom.
