論「即由此故至太過失者」，難云：即由任持見道斷故是見道者，有太過失。後果道中皆能任持見所斷斷，乃至無學亦應見道攝，任持見道斷故。

On the passage of the treatise from "If by virtue of this very reason" to "the fault of overextension": The objection states: If it is the path of seeing merely by virtue of sustaining the abandonment made by the path of seeing, that incurs the fault of overextension. In the paths of later fruits, all are able to sustain the abandonment of what is abandoned by seeing; up to and including the stage of no-more-learning, it would also have to be subsumed under the path of seeing, because it sustains the abandonment made by the path of seeing.
