23.57

論「後增進時至未來十六」，明增進位許別現也。隨一念處現在修，未來四等如煖中釋。三諦不同，故別釋也。

The treatise says: "At the subsequent stage of increase and advance ... up to the sixteen in the future." This clarifies that in the stage of increase and advance, separate manifestation is admitted. Cultivating any single application of mindfulness in the present and [cultivating] the four, etc., in the future are as explained under the heat [stage]. Because the three truths are not the same, they are explained separately.
