論「應知總有至或二或三」，釋天家家。或一天處受三、二生，或二或三天處受三生等。
The treatise says, "It should be known that in total there are... or two or three." This explains the celestial kulāṅkula: either undergoing three or two births in a single heavenly station, or undergoing three births across two or three heavenly stations, and so forth.
