25.13

論「言退法者至非思法等」，釋退法也。《正理論》云「謂彼獲得如是類根安住此根，與退緣會便退所得，無退緣者便般涅槃，或有精勤進得勝姓。」

On the passage of the treatise from “One of the liable to fall back dharma ... up to ‘not of the reflective dharma, etc.’”: this explains the liable to fall back dharma. The *Nyāyānusāra* says: “It refers to one who, having obtained such faculties and abiding in these faculties, falls back from what has been attained when meeting conditions for falling back; if there are no conditions for falling back, they enter parinirvāṇa; or some, through energetic exertion, advance to attain a superior lineage.”
