25.18

論「不動法者彼必無退」，釋不動也。《正理論》云「謂有一類根性殊勝於行自在，於斷煩惱隨煩惱中得方便智，不為一切隨順退法之所傾動」，乃至廣說。

On the passage of the treatise: “One of the unshakeable dharma definitely has no falling back”: this explains the unshakeable. The *Nyāyānusāra* says: “It refers to a class whose faculties are superior, who are autonomous in their practice, who have attained skillful wisdom in abandoning defilements and secondary defilements, and who cannot be shaken by any conditions conducive to falling back,” and so on at length.
