論「或修斷惑至定無退義」，此釋以起惑審慮、不審慮別，明退、不退也。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Or the defilements abandoned by cultivation ... there is definitely no principle of falling away": This explains falling away and non-falling-away by the distinction between arising defilements with deliberation and without deliberation.
