25.59

論「又增十經至再說應果」，經言「一法應起，謂愛心解脫。一法應證，謂不動心解脫。」經部計不動心解脫是應果也。若不爾者，何再說應果？

On the Śāstra's statement: "Furthermore, the Sūtra of the Tens ... speaks twice of the fruit of arhatship": The sūtra says: "One dharma should be given rise to, namely, cherished liberation of mind. One dharma should be realized, namely, unshakable liberation of mind." The Sautrāntikas maintain that unshakable liberation of mind is the fruit of arhatship. If it were not so, why would it speak twice of the fruit of arhatship?
