25.9

論「或依暫時至無退墮時故」，述異釋也。暫時解脫有退墮時，以有此時，名時解脫。畢竟解脫無退墮時，以無此時，名不時解脫。

On the passage of the treatise from “Alternatively, relying on temporary ... up to ‘because there is no time of falling back’”: this relates an alternative explanation. Temporary liberation has a time of falling back; because it has such a time, it is called “temporary liberation.” Ultimate liberation has no time of falling back; because it lacks such a time, it is called “non-temporary liberation.”
