論「時解脫者至謂增無生」，明第三無學位也。無學位中鈍九利十，同如常釋。

On the Śāstra's 'Those liberated by occasion... that is, adding the knowledge of non-arising': this explains the third [section], the stage of the non-learner. In the stage of the non-learner, the dull[-facultied] have nine and the sharp[-facultied] have ten, identical to the standard explanation.
