論「此中邊名至及實際言」，別釋邊際二字，即是如是二言。顯此靜慮是最勝定中最極，殊勝功德多此引生，樂通行中此最勝故。

The Śāstra states: "Herein, the word 'edge' up to and the phrase 'limit of reality'," explaining individually the two characters 'edge' and 'limit' (summit), which are precisely these two phrases. This shows that this dhyāna is the most supreme and consummate among all concentrations, from which superior virtues are mostly brought forth, because among the pleasant modes of progress this is the most supreme.
