論「依初靜慮至勢力劣故」，廣釋也。謂初禪二、二禪三、三禪四、四禪五，總有十四化心。上地定心生下果化；下地定心不生上果，下地定心勢力劣故。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Based on the first dhyāna ... because its power is inferior": This is the detailed explanation. That is, two for the first dhyāna, three for the second dhyāna, four for the third dhyāna, and five for the fourth dhyāna, making fourteen conjuring minds in total. A concentrated mind of a higher stage produces conjured fruits of a lower stage; a concentrated mind of a lower stage does not produce fruits of a higher stage, because the power of a concentrated mind of a lower stage is inferior.
