論「體即是天定地攝故」，答天名也。自有天非定地，但是定地皆是天故。所以定地攝者，故名為天。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Their essence is itself divine, because they are comprised within concentrated stages": This answers the designation "divine". There are deities that are not concentrated stages, but all concentrated stages are divine. Because they are comprised within concentrated stages, they are called divine.
