28.13

論「豈不諸心至何用等持」，經部難也。即此心王剎那滅故皆一境轉，法性自爾，何用等持令一境轉？第一難也。

The Śāstra states: "Do not all minds... what use is concentration?" This is the Sautrāntika's objection. Because this primary mind perishes moment by moment, all [moments of mind] proceed upon a single object—this is the very nature of phenomena, so what use is concentration to make it proceed upon a single object? This is the first objection.
