論「此亦無過至如有尋伺」，經部通也。經部引自許為喻。彼部許尋、伺不俱起而竝立為支，而初定有五支也。

On the Śāstra's phrase: "In this too there is no fault [...] as with vitarka and vicāra": the Sautrāntika resolves [it]. The Sautrāntika adduces what is accepted by their own school as an example. That school accepts that vitarka and vicāra do not arise simultaneously and yet are both established as factors, so that the first dhyāna has five factors.
