論「非三定樂至分明證故」，有部非外人計，以違二阿笈摩故。阿笈摩，此云傳。
On the Śāstra's phrase: "The bliss of the third dhyāna is not [...] because there is clear proof": the Sarvāstivādin rejects the outsider's assertion, because it contradicts two Āgamas. Āgama is translated here as "transmission" (chuan).
