「論曰至無如此故」，述唯初上二下有中間定，自餘諸定無升降故無中間也。

[On] the śāstra's: "The text says ... there is no such phenomenon": This explains that only above the first and below the second is there an intermediate concentration; the other concentrations have no such rising and falling, and thus have no intermediate.
