29.186

論「又於彼部至皆無我性」，論主臆度知。彼有說一切法皆非我性經也，以佛教宗無我異外道故。

The treatise says: "Moreover, in that school... are all not-self by nature." The author of the treatise infers this by conjecture. In their school there must be a sūtra stating that all phenomena are not-self by nature, because the Buddhist teaching takes not-self as its tenet, distinguishing it from non-Buddhist systems.
