論「若爾至可能遍知」，違生滅故。犢子部述無我不能遍知，有我能遍知也。
The treatise says: "If that is so... how could it be possible to know all?" Because it contradicts origination and cessation. The Vātsīputrīyas state that without a self one cannot know all, whereas with a self one can know all.
