29.20
論「若應非善至相應起故」，若以是倒應非是善者，理則不然，此與三善根相應起故。
The Śāstra states: "If they should be unwholesome... up to: arise in association with." If it is argued that because they are distortions they must not be wholesome, the reasoning is incorrect, because they arise in association with the three wholesome roots.
