29.23

論「然契經說至以顯器中」，通經也。經說修慈思惟一方一切世界者，舉欲器世界取中有情。

The Śāstra states: "Yet the sūtras say... up to: to indicate [sentient beings] within the container." This harmonizes with the sūtras. When the sūtras say that practicing love involves reflecting on one direction and all worlds, this mentions the container world of desire to encompass the sentient beings within it.
