29.22

論「此緣欲界至嗔等障故」，述所緣唯欲界一切有情，以能治緣有情嗔等障故。

The Śāstra states: "These take the desire realm... up to: obstacles such as ill-will." This explains that their cognitive object is solely all sentient beings of the desire realm, because they can counteract obstacles such as ill-will that take sentient beings as their object.
