論「若說憂根至順捨受業」，外難。既有三順受業，喜、捨即是異熟，故順受業亦是順憂異熟業也。
The treatise says: "If it is said that the faculty of grief up to karma leading to the feeling of equanimity"—an external objection. Since there are three kinds of karma leading to experienced feeling, and joy and equanimity are indeed vipāka, therefore karma leading to experienced feeling must also be karma leading to grief as vipāka.
