論「具二義者至唯散地故」，釋二義也。唯有異熟有其二義，一非無記、二非無漏，憂根具有，故先說也。

The treatise says: "Those possessing both characteristics up to only in the dispersed realm"—this explains the two characteristics. Exclusively having vipāka has two characteristics: first, not being indeterminate; second, not being uncontaminated. Because the faculty of grief possesses both, it is spoken of first.
