3.122

論「餘皆通二至皆通二類」，准唯有記有漏有異熟，唯無記無漏無異熟，釋餘十根通二種也。先略、後廣。此即略也。

The treatise says: "The remainder all belong to both up to all belong to both classes"—in accord with the principle that only what is determinate and contaminated has vipāka, while only what is indeterminate and uncontaminated has no vipāka, this explains that the remaining ten faculties belong to both types.
