論「色界如前至亦通色界繫」，明十五根通色界繫。「通」言欲顯色界亦有，兼除女、男、憂、苦。

The commentary states: "The form realm is as before [...] also extends to being bound to the form realm." This clarifies that fifteen faculties extend to being bound to the form realm. The word "extends" is intended to show that the form realm also possesses them, while also excluding the female, male, grief, and suffering [faculties].
