論「已說諸門義類差別」，結前。「何界」已下生後。此下一頌第一明三界四生初得異熟根多少也。

The commentary states: "The differences among the semantic categories in the various gates have been explained." This concludes what came before. From "In which realm..." downward introduces what follows. The following single verse is the first: clarifying how many maturation faculties are first acquired in the three realms and four modes of birth.
