論「經說世尊至由此暫住名為命行」，此釋經中壽行、命行二名差別，如文可解。

The treatise says: "The sūtra speaks of the World-Honoured One up to by this, abiding momentarily is named the formation of vitality (jīvita-saṃskāra)"—this explains the distinction between the two designations, formations of lifespan (āyuḥ-saṃskāra) and formations of vitality, in the sūtras, as can be understood from the text.
