論「憶念既爾至亦應例釋」，准憶念例釋記知。准憶知，熟為能了，誰之識等，亦應例釋。大體雖同，非無少異。

On the Śāstra's: "Since memory is like this ... should also be explained by analogy": Following the case of memory, recognition is explained by analogy. Following memory and recognition, who is capable of cognising, whose consciousness is it, and so forth, should also be explained by analogy. Although broadly the same, they are not without minor differences.
