論「若時此行至果不恒生」，又破救也。若救言：所以不俱時生一切智者，以功能強行，遮餘劣行不生果故，不得俱時生一切智者。寧從強行，果不恒生？

On the Śāstra's statement: "If at that time this disposition [...] the effect would not arise perpetually": He further refutes their defense. If they defend by saying: the reason one does not simultaneously produce all cognitions is that a disposition with strong functional power obstructs the other weaker dispositions from producing their effects, so that one cannot simultaneously produce all cognitions; then why, from that strong disposition, does the effect not arise perpetually?
