論「他與我執至如是習故」，論主答也。自身與能執心相屬故，計自身為我。他身與能執心不相屬故，不計為我。

On the Śāstra's statement, "As for others, between them and the grasping of a self... because of such habituation": the author of the Śāstra answers. Because one's own body is connected with the mind that grasps, one conceives one's own body as a self; because another's body is not connected with the mind that grasps, one does not conceive it as a self.
