論「且非譬喻至無別果生」，論主釋其前難，兼破果生也。「且非譬喻是法皆等」，釋前難也。「然從種果無別果生」，破前立種果還為因也。

On the Śāstra's statement, "First of all, a simile does not... no other fruit arises": the author of the Śāstra resolves the preceding objection and at the same time refutes the arising of fruit. "First of all, a simile does not make all dharmas equal" resolves the preceding objection. "Yet from a seed's fruit, no other fruit arises" refutes the previous establishment that a fruit of a seed in turn serves as a cause.
