30.37

論「亦觀問者至不為說假有」，論主答也。若謂諸蘊名為命者，言無命者即撥諸蘊，隨邪見故，非受法器，不為說假有。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Also observing the questioner [...] He did not teach nominal existence for them": The author of the Śāstra replies. If one says that the aggregates are called the soul, saying there is no soul would deny the aggregates; following wrong view, they were not a suitable vessel for the Dharma, so He did not teach nominal existence for them.
